Family room is soundproof, has the best bathroom.

My room was good-sized with an exceptional view of the sea. Included climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was not far from the outskirts of town and Banyuwangi and the city center and ferry port. No reason to complain, I had a perfect 10/10 stay and would use them next time.

Comfortable twin bed in a quiet and cozy room made for a peaceful night's sleep. the bathroom had a nice setup with a shower and a separate toilet. 🛁

The staff here were really friendly and the location couldn't have been better. the food was not only delicious but also really good. 🌟

There were some minor inconveniences, such as the restricted access to the basement parking lot and occasional noise from neighboring guests. However, these issues did not detract from our overall enjoyable stay at Kokoon.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The brand-new facilities and amenities were top-notch and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The family room was a draw card for me, as not many hotels offer this option. It was spacious, well-lit, and had everything I needed. The beds were large and perfect for my family of four. The breakfast was splendid, with varied options that all tasted wonderful. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were all 5 stars! The reception even gave us a pack of chocolate chip cookies upon check-out, which my son absolutely loved. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
